Our office has an open door policy meaning they are there for you anytime you need. I’ve been here and have had no problems at all. My kids love baybridge. Tom and Fatima are doing great

But as everyone knows there always has to be one knucklehead to make my previous statement not 100 accurate. Maybe 99.92 but not 100 . Mind you, it's not the people directly above me but the people up and over so it rarely bothers me. But I must say that the guy who lives above me brings down a ten speed bike loaded down with all of his equipment every single day and I can't hear it. Yet the young people up and over could be wrapped in bubble wrap AND cotton and still sound like they are runnin' with the bulls as they go up the stairs. No big deal though.
Also, if something breaks... they fix it. It may not be according to your timeline but it gets fixed nevertheless. The guy in the office, Tom I believe,...top notch guy. He listens to what you need with the exception of having cookies when I come in but we will work on that . The previous guy in the office Not really top notch...more like the bottom rung.

Maintenance is always on site and comes pretty quick. They come spray anytime you need them to but we never have issues with bugs. Management is cool and very understanding just pay your rent and follow the rules and your good. I don't plan to move until my kids graduate so not for a while. I'd definitely refer a friend and would like to say keep up the good work Our pool stays clean and I've not had any problems. Tom and Fatima are awesome and I'm glad I chose bay Bridge for my family. We feel right at home.

I love that even though it's close to the airport I rarely hear airplanes. Most of all, the apartment has plenty of space. I would like to have assigned parking though.
